Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd will provide the client with different options. Usually, allowing them to have their order be placed ‘On Hold’ until the items are back in stock – as soon as it happens, the parcel will be shipped immediately. Other options include replacing the item with something similar or giving full credit to the client in the form of a voucher. If you decide to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 24hrs of receiving the order. ONLY in this circumstance will a refund be done. Note that refunds take 7-10 business days. We do NOT offer refunds for any other situation – we only give credit in the form of a voucher.

Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd will ONLY replace goods that are not up to standard due to factory faults or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached, in its original packaging and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.

Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). By accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Bosbees Clothing (Pty) Ltd may inform them via social media, email, Whatsapp or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.
